                                                  How to Find Evergreen

Evergreen serves its clients in its office space located at 11760 Commonwealth Drive, just south of I-64 off of Blankenbaker Road (see Directions & Map below). Situated in Jeffersontown, Evergreen is moments from Middletown and is less than 15 minutes from Fern Creek, Hikes Point and St. Matthews.  It's 20 minutes from downtown, the Shively and Okolona areas, Prospect and Oldham County as well. 

Whether you're settled in your faith or trying to sort it all out, whether you have a church home or are "unchurched," the mission and emphasis of Evergreen is the same: to help you and your family become all they were intended to be. 

Directions:

From I-64:  

Exit 17, go South (away from Southeast Christian Church) proceed to 2nd traffic light (Candlewood Suites on corner). 

Turn right on Commonwealth Drive and then left into 1st driveway (marked by a permanent sign). 

Enter office complex through the north entrance (closest to the street, by the flag pole).

The Administrator's (Amber's) office will be straight ahead, off the lobby.  Dan's office is just down the corridor to your left.

From the Snyder Freeway:  Proceed to 1-64 interchange to Exit 25 and take the ramp West on I-64.  Take Exit 17 (Blankenbaker Road).  Turn left and follow directions above.
